ABOUT US

Redland Home Design has been in the building and contract framing industry in Middle Georgia and Warner Robins for over 20 years, giving us the experience of building off of many designer's plans as well as our own.

In that time, Redland Home Design has been able to determine what makes a floor plan work. Our plans have been utilized in the construction of thousands of homes and we pride ourselves on producing a builder-friendly product that makes construction both effortless and as cost effective as possible. We are dedicated to old-fashioned quality and concern for the customer. Each home designed by Redland Home Design is created with individual and personal attention given to the client’s specific requirements, location, and budget. While we have many stock plans for you to choose from, we specialize in drawing custom floor plans that start with a referenced plan found online, or something as simple as a sketch from our clients on a napkin, or elaborate collages of different clippings from magazines or websites like Pinterest or Houzz.com.

It's your vision that inspires Redland Home Design to create the plans you want for the home you want to build.

For the last eight years we have had the honor and privilege of producing the plans, elevations, and artistic renderings for the Middle Georgia St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway.

St. Jude Children's Hospital

Redland Home Design is proud to be a St. Jude Children's Hospital sponsor. The annual event has become the single largest fundraising opportunity for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital since the first home was raffled in 1991.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital was opened in 1962 by the late entertainer, Danny Thomas, who said, “No child should die in the dawn of life”. St. Jude’s mission is to find cures for catastrophic childhood diseases (with a strong focus on cancer) through research and treatment. The families of the children treated at St. Jude are not required to pay for treatment, but daily operating costs for St. Jude exceed $1.7 million dollars annually, an amount that is primarily covered by public contributions.
